Services

LTV provides software development, automation/integration work, and PC diagnostics/repair services. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be agreed in writing (email, invoice, or proposal).

Diagnostics

• Diagnostics fees cover evaluation and a written summary of findings/recommendations.
• Repair/upgrade work is separate and quoted after diagnostics unless agreed otherwise.
• You are responsible for backing up important data before drop-off when possible.

Payments

Payment terms are provided with invoices/checkout links. Late or unpaid balances may pause work.

Warranty / limitations

We stand by our work, but results can depend on third-party systems, hardware conditions, and software environments. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LTV is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables you paid for. LTV may reuse general non-sensitive learnings, patterns, and components.
